Can I add my own footage?
Yes, send it whenever you like. Without it, videos are made from footage that is cleared for commercial use.
Whose voice is in the videos?
The voice is generated by AI. The videos are labelled as made with AI: social media rules and EU law require it.
Where do the facts come from?
Every number is checked at the original source before it goes into a video. A mistake in a video hurts your reputation, so no source - no number.
What about music?
We don’t put it in the file: on social media, businesses can only use music from the platform’s own library.
Which social networks do the videos go out on?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. You add us as a collaborator on your account, and the password stays yours.
What language are the videos in?
